This command is only enabled if you are analyzing your circuit using an Adaptive Sweep and stop the simulation before convergence (finding a rational polynomial fit within an acceptable error) is reached, although it is best if you wait until at least three discrete frequencies have been completed. This command may be used to view your data to see how close to convergence the analysis is and whether changing your ABS analysis band would yield better results. This is especially useful when you have an analysis that has computed a higher number of discrete frequencies but has failed to converge. When you stop an analysis and open a plot, initially it will have a "jagged" appearance since only the discrete frequencies that have been thus far calculated are displayed. When you select View => ABS Preview from the response viewer, a new plot is created with ABS data calculated before the analysis was stopped. A color bar at the bottom of the window indicates the type of data as shown below. If you click in the color band, the frequency you selected and its data status is displayed in the Status Bar at the bottom of the response viewer window. In the case of the graph below, the converged data starts at 3.4 GHz, so running the simulation and using 3.4 GHz as the starting frequency will provide a completed ABS analysis. ay be viewed using this command.
