Data We Collect
1. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.
2. Our site uses cookies to maintain sessions.
3. This site contains links to other sites. Sonnet Software is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
4. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information requiring PCI compliance (such as full credit card number) is not collected by Sonnet, but is collected by a 3rd party we hire for payment processing, BlueSnap, used to bill the user for products and services, and chargebee, for automated billing, quoting, and invoicing. The last four digits of credit card numbers are collected by Sonnet for related billing and invoicing purposes.
5. The AI upload portion of our website collects normalized and anonymyzed tabular data in .CSV format as shown in the upload dialog within our software. We use this data as appropriate in the training of AI-models used in the "AI-Selected" options for solver and preconditioner selection. The resulting models are then utilzed in separate binary in future software releases. The customer-supplied data is not present in raw form nor readily accessible in these binaries.
