Ask a Support Question

You have the following options to ask a technical support question or report a problem:

If you are not a present Sonnet customer, please visit our Request More Information page.
Call/Text Sonnet Software Support at +1 (315) 678-4462 (9AM to 5PM Eastern Time).
Email the technical support team at support@sonnetsoftware.com and please include the following information:
- Description of your issue or question
- Relevant project files and supporting documents (50 MB limit)
- Contact information
- Sonnet Version* and License ID*
Send project files directly from within the Sonnet Project Editor. Open the project you'd like to send and select File > Manage Project > Send to Sonnet.

	Note: For licensing problems, select *Admin > Diagnostics > Trouble Report* on the computer with problem and upload the resulting sondiag.txt file.
