Enhancement# 13310 - Enhance the project editor to auto-scroll when dragging outside the main window
Fix #12433 - The project editor does not update the extension for touchstone output file (.sNp) when changing the number of ports
Fix #12955 - The netlist editor does not remember the filename typed for a subproject
Fix #13290 - In the project editor, if you open a 3D tab, then close it, the 2D tab has many menus and icons greyed out
Fix #13291 - Graph Tab resets axis settings (not set to auto scale) after deleting one of the curves
