View => Stackup Manager
You select this command to open or close the Stackup Viewer which allows you to view and manage the dielectric layers, Technology Layers and materials in your project. This command toggles between open and closed. If the option is on, the Stackup Manager appears when you open any circuit file. If the option is off, then the Stackup Manager does not appear in any project editor window. For more details about the Stackup Manager, please see Stackup Manager
