Inductance3 is the series inductance (in nH) between ports 1 and 2 with all of the other ports open-circuited assuming a PI-model. In the example below, the inductance3 calculation gives the value of L1+L2. Since port 3 is open-circuited, the impedance connected to port 3 is not included in the calculation.  Any parasitics to ground are not included in the inductance calculation. This equation is valid for any number of ports. All additional ports are simply open-circuited. This equation is often used for center-tapped spiral inductors.
