Differential Q factor of a center-tapped inductor with at least 3 ports. Port 3 is assumed to be connected to the center-tap and is open-circuited. Any additional ports (4, 5, etc.) are assumed to be connected to a patterned ground shield and are short-circuited. All parasitic elements between the inductor and ground are included in the computed value for differential Q factor.
