The Sonnet knowledge base gives you access to tips, known bugs, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) in addition to the latest documentation updates from Sonnet support.

Choose your Sonnet Version


Current version - Release 18
Choose this option if you are using Sonnet release 18.

Previous version - Release 17
Choose this option if you are using Sonnet release 17.


The online knowledge base opens up a web help browser similar to the online help installed on your local computer. However, while the help on your computer is only updated when a new version of the software is installed, this web help is updated on a regular basis in between releases. These updates consist of new help topics and application notes produced after the official release of the software as well as any known bugs discovered since the software was released.

NOTE: You may need to install Java Runtime Environment (www.java.com) for the table of contents to work properly.
