Send to Sonnet Error

If you have received an error message when attempting to use the File => Send to Sonnet command, the first thing to do is check your Internet connection. If your Internet connection is functioning correctly, you should attempt to use the command again after some time has passed. A second attempt will often be successful as the failure to communicate may have been an availability problem with Sonnet's server.

If you have attempted to use the Send to Sonnet command several times unsuccessfully, you should use one of the alternate methods described below to reach Sonnet support.

You may manually pack your Sonnet project and attach the resulting archive file, extension . zon, to an email to Sonnet support. For information on packing a project, see How do I send a project to a coworker or Sonnet? For contact information for Sonnet see Contacting Sonnet Tech Support.

If you contact Sonnet Support by email or phone, please be sure to include your license ID. This helps to expedite Sonnet's reply to your inquiries. If you do not know your license ID, see Admin => License ID on the Sonnet task bar.

Click here if you wish to use a form on Sonnet's web site to contact Sonnet support. It is possible to upload a packed project file using this form.
