File - Send to Sonnet

Project Editor - File Menu

You select File => Send to Sonnet when you wish to send a project to Sonnet support. This command opens the Send email to Sonnet dialog box. You may send a message explaining the problem along with the project. The functions of the various fields in the dialog box are explained below.

Include: Select this checkbox if you wish to include the Sonnet project presently being edited in the project editor as part of your email to Sonnet support. The name of the project appears to the right of the checkbox. If you do not wish to send the project, clear this checkbox. By default, this checkbox is selected.

Your Email Address: Enter your email address here. A reply will be sent to this address. Please be careful when entering this field to ensure that any reply from Sonnet reaches you.

Your Name: Enter your name here.

Your Country: Select your country from the list provided. The country selected is used to route your email to the correct Sonnet representative. Entering the correct country enables us to respond to your support request more quickly. If your country does not appear in the list, please select Other.

Subject: Enter a subject line for your email here.

Description of Your Problem: Enter a description of your problem here and any additional information you think it important for Sonnet support personnel to know.

Send: Once you have completed entering your information in the dialog box, click on this button to send an email to Sonnet.
