Modify - Component Port Properties
Selecting Modify => Port Properties when a component port is selected opens the Component Port properties dialog box which allows you to change the Terminal to which the port is assigned and the port number. This command is only enabled if at least one component port is selected in your circuit.
Tip: You may also right click on a port and select Port Properties from the popup menu or double click on the desired port to open this dialog box.
Port Number: Enter the desired number for the selected port here. This text entry box is only enabled when the component type is Ports Only.
Terminal: Enter the desired terminal number for the selected port here. This text entry box is only enabled when the component type is Data File or Ideal Component.
Next Port: Clicking on this button changes the focus of this dialog box to the prior (left arrows) or next (right arrows) port in the component. This allows you to modify multiple component ports without having to open the dialog box for each port separately.
Ref. Plane and Cal. Length: You may also specify the reference plane and calibration length for the component port by entering the desired length in the appropriate text entry box. By default, the calibration length is automatically determined by the software. For an explanation of the reference planes, please see Port Properties dialog box.
