Clearing

If you wish to clear all the mapping applied to the ADS layers, click on the Clear Mapping button in the Substrate Setup File window. This will reset all ADS layers to “No” for mapping.

If you wish to clear all substrate settings - mapping, materials, and layers - click on the Clear All button.
