Selecting Graph - New Smith Chart opens a Smith Chart for the project(s) presently displayed.  

If you are presently viewing a Smith Chart, then the new Smith Chart will be a duplicate of your present Smith Chart. If you are presently viewing a Cartesian Plot, then the new Smith Chart will contain curves of the same projects plotted in the Cartesian Plot.
