The CAD Layer mapping window allows you to map your third party CAD layers to Sonnet Technology Layers. The CAD Layer mapping window is available if a Layer Mapping File has been loaded when using the Sonnet Technology File Editor. Typically, a mapping file will automatically be loaded when accessing the Technology File Editor from one of Sonnet's Interfaces. The layer mapping file contains all possible CAD layer names and drawing purposes, as well as ones that are presently used in the design. The form allows for one-to-one mapping of a CAD layer name to a Technology Layer name.
Only show used layer/purposes: Checking this box filters the list of CAD layers to only those that are being used.
Clear Mapping: Pressing this button clears all the mapping choices you've made since opening this window.
When you click Ok, the mapping values are stored within each Technology Layer. You may modify them later by hand using the Sonnet Technology File Editor.
