Problems Accessing the Hardware Key

Locking to your ethernet address is the default for Sonnet licensing; however, in some cases a hardware key may be used.

NOTE: The hardware key must be attached to your computer and accessible BEFORE starting the License manager.

If you are having issues with the dongle, please see the Driver Installation Guide for FlexNet ID Dongles available in our FlexNet Guides, or contact Sonnet Support at support@sonnetsoftware.com.

Once you have the ability to access the hardware key, continue the installation. If the hardware key remains inaccessible, please contact your Sonnet Software representative.
