Metal - Metal Rectangle

Tool Bar Button: 

To add a rectangle from the palette of standard geometries, select Insert - Metal - Metal Rectangle. The Rectangle Properties dialog box appears on your display.

Enter the values for the parameters in the corresponding text entry boxes.
