Status |
Definition |
Defined |
The slave has been defined in the Sonnet Cluster Status/Control Window but the program sonnetcluster running on the master does not yet recognize the slave. The program sonnetcluster must be stopped and restarted in order for the slave to be recognized. |
Attempting Communication |
Upon startup, the program sonnetcluster establishes communication with all defined slaves. This status indicates that sonnetcluster is in the process of establishing communications with the slave. |
Enabled |
The slave is up and running, recognized by the program sonnetcluster and communications between this slave and the master computer have been established. |
Disabled |
The slave is up and running but is presently disabled from running jobs. No jobs are sent to the slave from the master computer. |
Halted |
The program emserver is running on the slave computer, but is "stopped" and cannot accept jobs. This stoppage is due to an inability to write or read the data directory and/or the unavailability of an emCluster license. |
Not Running in SonnetCluster Mode |
The program emserver is running on the slave computer, but is incorrectly configured and not running in Sonnet Cluster mode. |
Running |
The slave is presently processing a job sent by sonnetcluster running on the master computer. |
