Calibration Group Properties dialog box
The Calibration Group Properties dialog box is opened when you click on the Properties button in the Port Properties dialog box when a co-calibrated port is selected. This dialog box allows you to set the ground node connection and terminal width for co-calibrated ports. Click on the appropriate link below for more information about these properties.
All ports in a calibration group, whether automatically or manually created, must use the same ground node connection and terminal width:
For auto-grouped ports, these properties are used as part of the grouping criteria by the software. For example, two ports with different group properties will not be auto-grouped even if they are close to each other.
For a manually created calibration group, modifying these properties for one of the co-calibrated ports in the group changes the properties of all ports in that calibration group regardless of whether they were selected when this dialog box was opened.
Note: The Co-calibrated Ports Assistant appears when you open this dialog box to help you set up the inputs for your component. If the Co-calibrated Ports Assistant does not appear, you may turn it on in the Hints tab of the Preferences dialog box (File => Preferences).
For a detailed discussion of co-calibrated internal ports, please refer to the "Ports" chapter in the Sonnet User's Guide.
