You select Admin - Diagnostics - Trouble Report to generate a report to send to Sonnet when trying to diagnose a software problem. When you select this command, a browse window appears which allows you to select a directory in which you wish to place the trouble report file, "sondiag.txt." Once you have specified the folder, a diagnostic routine will run. This may take several minutes to complete. Once this is complete, the trouble report, "sondiag.txt" is ready to send to your Sonnet Representative. Click on the Send to Sonnet button and follow the prompts to send your report to Sonnet Support.
