Selecting Admin - Diagnostics - Set Trace Settings opens the Trace Settings dialog box while allows you to specify and controls the trace file for Sonnet. A trace file is often useful when troubleshooting any problems with the software. This file should only be used at the direction of Sonnet technical support.
Warning: These settings should only be changed at the direction of Sonnet technical support as the settings can affect the performance of your software.
Enter the desired location of the trace file in the Trace File text entry box or alternately, you may click on the Browse window to the right of the entry box, which opens a browse window which allows you to select the location of the trace file.To reset the trace settings back to factory default, click on the Reset to Default button. This should always be done after creating a trace file for Sonnet technical support.
