Data Marker Search dialog box-Graph

This dialog box is opened when you right-click on a data marker and select Search. It is only available for Cartesian graphs.

The Data Marker Search dialog box allows you to search for the data point that you wish to mark in your graph. Once you have completed entering the search parameters, click on the Search button to perform the Search. The data marker will be moved to the data point in your graph closest in value to the one you entered.

Value: Enter the value here for which you wish to search your plot.

X Value: Selecting this radio button searches for the value among the data plotted on the x-axis.

Y Value: Selecting this radio button searches for the value among the data plotted on the y-axis.

Direction: These controls are only enabled when the Y Value is selected. This allows you to specify which y-axis you wish to search, left or right.
