The New Graph page of the Edit Preferences Dialog Box appears when you click on the "New Graph" section in the sidebar menu of the Edit Preferences dialog box in the graph or pattern tab.
Initial Graph Type: This section determines which type of graph will be opened when you first open a graph tab. Within the Initial Graph Type drop down menu you may select Cartesian, Smith, or Template. See Graph and Pattern Templates for details on using template files.
Template Folder: The template folder is the default location for your templates. A template file may be saved into or loaded from any folder, but Sonnet will first open the template folder when you save or load a template. You may then browse to any other location.
Default Graph Title: The Default Graph Title allows you to control the title of your Graph when you first open a Graph Tab. You can either have it as the name of the first project you loaded, or you can set it to always be the same text each time.
You may restore the Sonnet default templates and template settings by clicking the Restore factory defaults button at the bottom of the New Graph page under Edit Preferences.
