This is the Data tab of the Markers page of the Graph Options dialog box. The settings in this tab affect every kind of marker.
The settings in this tab affect the appearance of data markers in your plot.
Marker Color: Click on this button to select what color you wish to use for data markers. A dialog box should open depending upon your operating system that will allow you to select a color. This color is used for the data marker symbol, and the label when it is displayed.
Marker Symbol: This entry controls the appearance of the symbol used to identify the data point on your plot to which the marker is attached. The default value of 1 displays a square; you may enter a value of up to 14 with each number identifying a different symbol shape.
Symbol Size. This entry controls the size of the symbol used to identify the data point on your plot to which the marker is attached. The higher the value, the larger the symbol appears in your plot. You may enter a value from 1 to 5.
Show annotation on graph: Select this checkbox if you wish to display the marker label, which displays information about the data point, on this display. The default is to display the annotation. If you clear this checkbox. only the marker symbol appears on your plot.
