Clicking on the Cell Size Calculator button in the Box tab of the Box page of the Circuit Settings dialog box accesses the Cell Size Calculator which allows you to enter critical dimensions of your circuit to calculate an optimal cell size which provides the desired accuracy while using the minimum of processing resources.
The first dialog box which appears provides you with a choice between the Cell Calculator Wizard or the interactive Calculator dialog box. The Wizard walks you through the process of determining the cell size step by step. Using the wizard is highly recommended if you are a new or beginning user. The interactive cell calculator allows you to directly input your constraints.
Wizard: Clicking on this radio button selects the Cell Size Wizard which walks you through the inputs necessary for cell size calculation. This is highly recommend for first time or beginning users. After making this selection click on the Next button to continue using the Cell Size Wizard.
Calculator: Clicking on this radio button selects the interactive Cell Calculator which allows you to directly input your design constraints and observe the resulting cell size. After making this selection, click on the Next button to open the Interactive Cell Calculator dialog box.
Don't ask me this again: Selecting this checkbox disables this dialog box from appearing again. If this dialog box is disabled, the last choice you made, Calculator or Wizard, appears when you click on the Cell Size Calculator button in the Box page of the Circuit Settings dialog box. If you wish to have this window appear again, you may turn it back on in the Hints/Tips page of the Preferences dialog box.
