Capacitance2 is one of the measurements available in the Manage Curves dialog box of a Graph Tab. Capacitance2 is the series capacitance between any pair of ports assuming a Pi-model as shown below. The units are based on the Capacitance units setting.
In the above figure, the capacitance2 calculation gives the value of C. Any parasitics to ground (such as Y1 and Y2) are not included in the capacitance calculation. This measurement is valid for any number of ports.

where Ymn is the y-parameter for selected ports m and n in the Ports section of the Properties pane below.
