Toolbars and Panels - Save Window Layout

Selecting Window - Toolbars and Panels - Save Window Layout allows you save the present configuration of this tab. The Save Layout dialog box appears when you select this command. If you move any tool bars or tabs, your layout is automatically saved when you exit a tab and used the next time you open a tab. However, you may wish to save a layout to be used for certain tasks.

To save your layout, you may select a layout in the list, or enter a new layout name in the Layout text entry box below the list.

When you click on the Save button, the dialog is closed and your present layout is saved to the layout name you selected. Note that a layout may contain more than one type of tab. If so, the only tab type updated is the type of tab from which this command was executed.
