Estimate Memory Results Window

The Estimate Memory Results window appears on your display when you select the Analysis - Estimate Memory command from the main menu of the Cadence Virtuoso Interface window. The circuit is subsectioned and a memory estimate is generated which is displayed in the Estimate Memory Results window. The window lists the estimated memory to analyze your circuit, the total number of sections, number of conformal mesh cells (if conformal mesh is used) and then breaks down the subsections by metal level and type. You may click on the View Subsections button to open the Subsection Viewer and display the subsectioning that will be used for your analysis.
