General Model

This planar metal loss model is the definition that allows the most flexibility in defining loss. It is usually used for special cases such as superconductor metal. For this entry type, you enter the following:

Metalization Resistivity

• DC Resistance (RDC in ohms/ sq)
• Skin Effect (RRF)

Metalization Reactance

• DC Reactance (XDC in ohms/ sq)
• Surface Inductance (Ls in pH/ sq)
