File - Save
You may use File - Save to save your circuit to disk under the present project name.
If you have changed the geometry or netlist and there is pre-existing analysis response data, you will be prompted to ask if you wish to delete the data or save the project under another name. This is to preserve consistency between the geometry or netlist and the data stored in the project.
