Launch Menu

The Launch Menu allows you to easily access other modules in the Sonnet Suite, from the module in which you are currently working. This menu appears in every type of tab.

NOTE: The menu option for the module you are presently running does not appear in the Launch Menu.

Below is a list of all possible launch items followed by a brief description of each one:

Edit Project: Opens a project editor tab for the currently selected open project.

Analyze: A sub menu appears, providing you with a choice of a new queue or an existing queue, if one is available. If you select New Queue, then a Job Queue tab {link} is opened. If you have defined a remote server, then the Select Server dialog box {link} appears to ask which server you wish to assign the queue. If you select an existing queue, then the project is added to the chosen queue.

Graph Response: A sub menu appears, providing you with a choice of a new graph or adding to an existing graph. You may also access this menu by clicking on the Graph button in the Launch tool bar.

View Current: Opens a Current Density Viewer Tab for the currently selected open project.

Plot Far Field Pattern: Opens a Far Field Pattern Tab for the currently selected open project.

Auto Documentation: Opens your default web browser and displays detailed information about your project. Click on the "How to use this document" link for information on printing or copying the contents.

View Log: A sub menu appears, providing you with the choice of various log information. The log information is generated when the project was simulated or model was extracted.

Session Tab: Opens a Session tab in the Sonnet window if it is not already open. If the Session tab is already open, then it becomes the active tab.
